Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If the customer cancels the booking more than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • If the customer cancels the booking within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a 30% refund will be issued (i.e., 70% cancellation fee applies).

Company-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If the company cancels the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

No Response from Customer:

  • If the professional arrives at the location on time but the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, and the booking is cancelled by the professional or the company, the customer will not receive a refund of the advance payment.
