We act as a facilitator and do not directly provide the services. All services are rendered by independent Service Providers. We are not liable for the quality, timing, legality, or any aspect of the services delivered by them.

(c) Personal Use Only
Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, the Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only, and is intended for use within India, especially the Guwahati region.

(d) Communication
By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us via SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding your bookings, offers, service updates, and promotional content. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

2. Account Registration

(a) To use our services, you may need to register an account on the Platform and provide accurate and current information. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

(b) You are solely responsible for the security and use of your account and must notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized access.

(c) All activities under your account are your responsibility. We are not liable for any misuse or unauthorized use.

3. Service Bookings

(a) Placing a Booking
You may book services via the Platform by selecting from available time slots. We will try our best to assign a Service Provider for your requested service and time.

(b) Booking Confirmation
Once confirmed, you will receive a notification via SMS, email, or the Platform. You may be required to make full or partial payment at the time of booking or after the service is completed.

(c) Cancellations
You may cancel a service request before confirmation without charge. After confirmation, cancellation may incur a fee as per our cancellation policy.

(d) Substitution
If the assigned Service Provider is unavailable, we will offer you a substitute from our verified network.

4. Payments and Charges

(a) Service Charges
You agree to pay the total amount quoted at the time of booking, including any applicable taxes, additional service charges, or material costs incurred during service delivery.

(b) Payment Methods
We accept various payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash (subject to availability). The final bill may include convenience fees or applicable surcharges.

(c) Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the situation and in line with our refund policy. No refunds will be issued for partially availed or completed services unless there is a fault from our end or the Service Provider’s side.

5. Use of Platform and Conduct

(a) You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to misuse any content, features, or communication tools for unlawful purposes.

(b) We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we find any misuse, fraud, or inappropriate conduct.

(c) You are expected to treat Service Providers with respect and provide a safe and clean work environment. Abusive or discriminatory behavior may result in service denial.

You hold all necessary intellectual property rights or permissions to submit such content and to grant us the licenses stated in these Terms;

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for the User Content you share;

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted unless expressly stated.

(b) If you submit any suggestions, feedback, or reports about the Services (“Feedback”), we may use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Feedback freely and without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

(c) Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you unless explicitly stated.

15. Term And Termination

(a) These Terms remain in effect until terminated in accordance with this section.

(d) We act only as an intermediary connecting you with Service Professionals and do not assume responsibility for:

Booking fulfilment,

Performance of Pro Services,

Actions or omissions of Service Professionals,

Any property damage caused during service delivery.

(e) If you choose to engage a Service Professional independently of the Platform, you do so at your own risk and waive any rights against us under these Terms.

(f) We do not make any warranties regarding the reliability, quality, or suitability of Service Professionals.

(g) You accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Services or Pro Services.

(h) We maintain a complaints redressal mechanism to reasonably address grievances in accordance with applicable law.

(i) To the extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates disclaim all liability for:

Your inability to access or use the Services or Pro Services,

Interruptions or failures in system operations or communication,

Temporary unavailability of the Services,

Any loss of data or User Content.

(j) Under no circumstances shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

(k) Our maximum liability, to the extent permitted by law, shall be limited to the commission we received for the specific booking or INR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees), whichever is lower.

(l) These disclaimers do not limit any rights that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend (at our option), and hold harmless Guwahati Urban Services, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, legal proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and settlement costs), arising from or related to:

Your access to or use of the Services or Pro Services;

Your breach or violation of these Terms;

Any use of your Account by a third party in violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, And Dispute Resolution

(a) These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, all disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

(b) Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Guwahati Urban Services.

The arbitration proceedings shall be confidential. Neither party shall disclose any aspect of the proceedings, except on a need-to-know basis, to legal advisors, or where required by law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.
Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration.

(a) Updates to Terms:

You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

(b) Changes to Services:
We may, at any time and without prior notice, add, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the Services. We will not be liable for any such modification or discontinuation.

(c) Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a part of a clause is deemed invalid but could be valid if deleted in part, that portion shall be considered deleted.
